In March 2014, ISSA Portland adopted the following refund policy which applies to standard monthly luncheons (refunds may not be available for special and education events):
- Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the event start time.
- Any refunds requested after that point will be offered as a credit towards attendance at the next monthly meeting.
